Adobe AIP plugin install

  • Verify version of adobe on computer (Acrobat/reader) DC Continuous etc (64/32 bit)
  • Download appropriate plugin from https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/mip-plugin-download.html
  • If the version doesn’t exist, update their Acrobat to latest Reader DC
  • Close all instances of adobe
  • Install plugin (requires admin)
  • Open encrypted PDF Adobe should ask to enter email address to verify the user’s 365 credentials. It may also ask for password
  • Done
